Meena was 1 month yesterday. She had her 1 month appointment, weight: 9lbs 3 oz, 50th percentile, length 21 3/4 in, 60th percentile. She's doing good, fussy in the evenings, hates her car seat, wants mama to hold her constantly :) Not quite the mellow baby we had with Mala, but not terrible. We can't really go places in the car after around 5pm because Meena screams in her car seat. We've ended up spending the night in Concord because we can't get back to Charlotte and we've gotten stuck in Charlotte when trying to get to Concord. She definitely has taken control of our lives in this month she's been with us.
Mala is my little helper, she gives Meena the pacifier, she tells me if Meena is crying in another room, she's even fed her a bottle in the car even though her arm got tired!
While Mala doesn't like the attention that Meena takes away from her, she is very much in love with her baby sister. She talks to her so sweetly and loves giving her kisses and rubbing her head. I can't wait to see how the next month goes and how Miss Meena changes before May 23rd.
